Lawyer Signing a Document — Savannah, GA — J. Scott Vaughan Attorney at Law

Scott Vaughan, Attorney

Scott Vaughan was lucky enough to start college at 16 and earn his law degree from the University of Georgia Law School a semester early and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1985. He was happy to start his career earlier than most people to get to doing what he loves, helping people.

During his time at college, he chose to join a fraternal group of brothers, but not just any fraternity. He decided on an interracial, communal, service fraternity to be more involved in helping people. Vaughan is a member of the Georgia State Bar and is admitted to practice in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of Georgia.

Community is essential, not just to his firm, but to Scott Vaughan personally. His involvement includes Board of Directors and Executive Committee Habitat for Humanity, Past President Director's Staff Alee Shrine Temple, Assistant Scout Leader Troop 16, and former Stewardship Chairman and Trustee at the Isle of Hope Methodist Church where he and his family attend.

As a trained and registered mediator neutral, Scott Vaughan also works to resolve client problems through alternative dispute resolution and close client contact.

"Being of service is a reflection of the beliefs I have long held, which are demonstrated in my commitments to my faith, family, and friends."
